Talk to General Physician on Anal Pain

I have been suffering from anal pain since January 2021. Its been happening regularly after an interval of 2 months. On 1st day pain starts very slowly, 2nd day it becomes more painful and the 3rd day i feel pain even in standing or sitting position. Subsequently, after 3-4 days of sever pain, while doing routine work, maroon coloured blood like fluid comes out and it feels like nothing happened to me, all my pain goes away within minutes. Pls guide about this situation
