i have severe iron deficiency. i live in Canada. doc gave me this ferrous fumarate 300 mg And asked me to take twice a day. now they are fininshed. doc said in canada you can take any if the formula is same. i cant seem to find the same formula in Karachi? any leads wherw to find?

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up as excessive iron can be dangerous and the reason of iron deficiency should be found
