Baby is normal but the placenta is low lying and can cause bleeding. This condition is dangerous and would need monitoring by your doctor. Please consult your obstetrician.
Yes growth is fine. Sometimes the placenta moves up as the pregnancy progresses but as it is covering the os we can’t be sure of this. It would need continuous monitoring by ultrasound by your doctor
