Assalam-O-Alaikum!
I suffered from anxiety and depression for almost 6 months due to vitamin b12 deficiency(due to Pernicious Anemia) . Took antidepressants and b12 IM injections for 5 months and 1 month respectively. Then I left the medication after getting fully recovered about two months ago. Now, I have started getting heart palpitations 24/7. Please tell me reason of it. Why it is happening again? Or does it mean that my symptoms are appearing again.
