Assalamualikum, i am suffering from anxiety and ocd this is effecting my studies i feel soo down everytime these unwanted thoughts are coming in my mind. Doubts in religious matter like is this pure or impure and like this i want to take medicine and want to ask is that this medicine safe to take?
