Talk to General Physician on Anxiety/heartattack

Aoa. Dr i wanna know whats the difference between heart attack / cardiac attack and panic attack im having sharp pain in my heart it goes away for a while but its usually there im confused mera meda kharab hai shayd kch b khata hun to hazam nai hota boht gases banti hain dekar ati rehti hain or rat main sone letu ya esi bethy bethy lagta sans ruk rahi hai heart me ajeeb chuban si rehti hai har wakt left arm shoulder sun hojata hai hathon ki or sir ki nasen boht tez pharparati hain ghabrahat hoti hai sans b ruk jati hai achanak ankhon k samne andhera ajata hai mujhe 3 month phele panic attack aya tha uske bad se ajeb ajeb harkaten horhi hain still not well everyday is the same worst day for me boht bechain hun corona se phele everything was fine alhumdulillah pls suggest me what should i do
