I'm student of Final year of Physiotherapy. I'm suffering from migraine (trigger Factor stress & bright light) since last 7 years. I've taken medicines for migraine and now I can manage my migraine in acute state. I'm having a severe anxiety issues.Im worried for each and everything like the thing that is happening and also for the things that might happen in future.Now I'm really concerned,taking stress of every little thing,that's not a right behaviour. I try to manage my stress but I can't. I just demotivate myself,nothing good will happen,nothing will be alright.
