testicle pain never associated with appendicitis.... it can b orchitis and if the pain extended above the testes it be epididimoorchitis... for which plzzzz take treatment as soon as possible bcz it may leads to infertility... I advise u inj ceftriaxoone 1g intramuscular followed by 7 day coarse of tab azitma 500 mg rozana 1
