patient can use home made dessi ghee but should under controlled lipid profile causes increase triglyceride to increase blood pressure...

walikum aslam answer is no, saturated fats cannot be used e.g desi ghee it will cause more damage then to give benefits as we are pakistanies and we repy more on Allah than on meds, but still donot use it
