with respect to your history? do the following things:
1. avoid allergens-> wear mask
2. start Foster inhaler 200/6mcg 1-2 puffs twice daily
3. tab Myteka 10mg per oral once daily
4. tab kestine 10mg per oral once daily (for 10 days only then stop)
Be compliant with above . InshaAllah you will feel better.

AOA! You should always have Ventolin inhaler with you as a reliever and emergency medicine near you. If the symptoms are bothering you too frequently then you should use Clenil inhaler twice daily for at least 1-2 months regularly. It will decrease the frequency of your symptoms after this course .And use Ventolin inhaler in case of wheezing attacks only. You can also use anti allergy tablet after exposure to the thing which is causing you to wheeze like you said after drinking cold water etc. If you still have problem you should take online consultation appointment to get the prescription of further medication.Thanks
