Back Pain

Question

Hello , iam physically weak & have  
1.5 Year  baby who is on feeding.
Since few days feeling severe pain in back. 
During travel my foot got swollen even for 1-2hr  journey.
is it vit-D deficiency or something else.
kindly properly guide & recommend.

back pain has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including x-ray then everything will be cleared up

X ray spine.
Indrop D injections. Drink once a week for 4 weeks. Preferably with glass of milk
And start Calcium supplements.
