I have low back pain since 6 months according to Drs I have weak bones and muscles and now I have h pylori positive and T cholesterol 230 even though I m underweight my weight is 48 Kg so how my cholesterol is high and what medications I take for h pylori I feel very fatigued and my bp is not more than 100/70 I m attaching my test reports+ my x ray kindly help me I'm very worried
