Talk to General Physician on Backache

My history of backache is since age 10, when I fell in grade 5 during skating. I have been an athlete since age 12.

Always had backache after every match.

Delivered my first baby 10 months ago, now the backache is consecutively occurring after doing small chores; like picking up toys, washing clothes or anything as much. I'm not too aged to have these so frequently. kindly help out. Need to get my active lifestyle back
