Talk to General Physician on Bed Sores, Pressure Ulcer

My feet are numb what should I do because of bed sores I have pain and cramping on my backside when I walk and I can't stand for long and I get short of breath when I walk a little. There is a stretch from the knee down to the calf. Brexin at this time. I take Dulan 30 mg and Distelgesic for pain. Please tell me some remedy what should I do. I've been unemployed for six years and I've only had this bed sore for about two years. I am contacting you with great hope. Please tell me some remedy so that I can start walking properly as soon as possible and earn my living by doing some work.
