I have some thing black on my back.plz see what is this and guide me. It's from last 5 6 yrs.. no pain. Size is same.but from 2 3 days I had mild pain while laying on bed. Or sometime it's khinchao type feeling.

infected hair follicle or a cyst . removal is good .however just pain killer for now nd then if inrease in size then removal
