usually my work in kitchen for long time standing ,i am housewife..having usually
1. black spots on legs ,some times on right leg and sometimes on left leg every time spoted on different places
2. have veins very visible on feet and legs

plz suggest , history; two babie wd c-section and and Hb was low both times at the time of delivery which was recovered by blood bottles,last baby is 4 years old ,diet is good enough, age is 30 weight is 48kg

thnks alot , but how compression stocking wud be helpful?
and of what type with calf+feet or only calf ?
as mentioned in pics vericose veins are visible on feet as well.
and secondly i am worried to go out in this pandemic , will u be able to suggest/prescribe some medicine or exercise.

I’m sorry but medicine or exercise won’t help. You can use any compression stockings that are available. If it’s bothering you a lot, you need further assessment by a general surgeon. You can book an appointment for that on marham.
