My uncle has a history of diabetes .Now he is having blackening of toes,with burning sensation.He also has swelling in the affected foot.Can someone guide about treatment?is this gangrene following diabetes,or buerger's disease?

it's a serious issue so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started
