this looks like Hypochromic micricytic anemia . If no other complains or symptoms then can be corrected with a good combination of vitamins. Nothing serious.

report is showing moderately severe microcytic anemia .please consult a physician to identify cause.You need to get thalsemia screen along with serum ferritin and iron levels.
most important thing is to establish cause.Treatment is with oral iron therapy once cause has been identified.
