My Sister's bp shoots up to 180/110 from time to time and have episodes of severe headaches. She is post op of thyroid gland removal after having hyper Thyroid issue, known case of Thelasemia minor, Low ferritin store levels, Anemic( HB in the ranges of 8). we are looking for a general physician who can help us to diagnose the main issue. Any usg of renal artery done?
Dont worry about thyroid if its operated now she needs a constant level of thyroxine now according to her weight but needs to be evaluated
