Make a chart of Bp for one week. Improve your lifestyle. Avoid too much salt and start tablet if needed after making a chart of BP for one week.
Take Risek 20 mg before breakfast for a week and see if symptoms subside. BP readings are normal but you can record BP readings for a week and then book appointment if needed.
Aa. u have to restrict your sodium intake
salt, soft drinks, baked soda items canned food beans spinach apple banana to some extent
get BP records 1 times per week. no medication required at present
avoid spicy food for stomach
ur dinner and sleep time interval should be at least 2 to 3 hrs
start bp chartimg for 1 week and get medicine for gestric issue
