apni neendh puri karien
thyroid check karwaen
aur BP chart Le kar Kisi ko doctor ko dekhaen tak pata chal sakien apki average np ki reading , apk headache to treat karsakien aur agar bp high araha hai you oski causes of dekhien aur phir treat karsakien.
