Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Peshawar
Assalamolikum i want to ask any doctor here about my blood pressure.m 26 yrs old n taking triforge n nebil 2.5 for htn. From few days i have been noticing that soon after i take my meds in the morning my bp in right hand gets to 125/50 and left hand 115/60 kindly tell me what should i do. I dont feel any low bp symptoms.

Ett normal 93% thr achived( while on 2.5mg bd Nebil) but i still feel chest tightness and sob

Plasma cortisol upper limit normal
Plasma metanephrines normal
Lipid profile total chol 200
Ldl 150 hdl 40

I think you should discontinue medicine for few days and then check your bp..

Kindly tell the strength of Triforge if it is 10/160/12.5 , Change triforge to Extor 10 / 160..
reduce salt intake but donot absolutely stop it
