Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure

My mother is having low blood pressure since last 10 days averaging around 110/65. She is also having head-swings while laying on bed not sure whether they are due to Low BP or something else.

History: My mother had TSH + BSO 45 days back. She is recovery process. The medications that she has been taking post surgery are Moksy, danzen ds, Surbex-z. After Low BP, we have started using ORS and have been using it since 1 week. She does have excessive sweat due to rest for recovery and the weather.

Kindly suggest what we should do. She is more worried about Head Swings..
