I check my BP and it is 110/80. i know systolic is good but is diastolic good or bad?

I always think about it day and night. My studies, relationship and work is disturbed. i started praying namaz 5 times a day. i miss my old days when i was relaxed all the time but now I'm stuck. just thinking about BP ?

this is your current obsession after that you will find another one so you should be treated, visit a senior well experienced psychiatrist to treat you completely otherwise you are wasting your life in a horrible way
