Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure
Asking For Self, Male 23, Dera Ghazi Khan
in the winter season, my BP is 110/80 100/80 (1 hour after breakfast), and 90/70 (Before breakfast) In summer my BP is 100/70 (1 hour after breakfast) and 90/60 (before breakfast).
Am I at risk? Because people have 110/70 and 100/60 and 90/60 in winter but my bp remains 110/80 100/80 and 90/70
Is there any problem with diastolic BP? Or am I at risk? I'm worried about diastolic BP and I think it will go up soon. age 23 Male Kindly rehnumai krein, shukrya

upto 130/85 its normal

according to age 23 ..your bp is normal...you should be worried when you feel increased heart rate or excessive sweating or while standing from sitting or lying position... sudden blackout(means darkness )comes infront of your eyes....etc
hr insan ka normal bp different hota 90 say 130 tk ke range mein systolic normal hai aur 60 to 90 diastolic is upper high normal....
bp ideal hai filhal apka...kitni age tk inka answer medically and being muslim mein yahi kahungi k iska jawab ab agay nature ko pata hai...apni diet sahi rkhen aur 60 age tk bh agar ye bp ata reh gaya to naimat hai...for furthur advise.Kindly take appointment.
