Then plz start BP medicine again and take it regularly.I don’t know who gave you tenoret as first line of treatment and why did you stop after 10 days of using it? For prescription you need to book an online appointment or try seeing a doctor again. Your kidney ultrasound is required yearly for follow up if cyst and new tests would be required after every 6 moths to 1 year on regular basis .Regarding cholesterol medicine you can control it with diet first and if you start it you have to continue life long . Just get ur fresh tests again and get back to us for advice if you like. In the mean time reduce salt in your diet and try doing daily walk .Thanks
