Normally Hypertension is not seasonal. If you are experiencing only in winter then it may be related to your anxiety problem.
Get proper treatment for your anxiety problems from good psychiatrist and if he find necessary he will give you treatment for Hypertension.
Your B. P reading are inconsistent. Monitor it thrice daily at same time and then take your chart to your physician.
It should be established by trained consultant that you are hypertensive. Because once labeled antihypertensive need to be taken life long.
Better visit good physician instead of taking medicine at your own.
You are young person and should have proper treatment for yourself.
