actually anybody doesn't know what's inside these herbal medicine and what's its benefits and what's its harm. if anybody say I know what's inside these herbal medicine it's two way either he lies or his knowledge is poor. but in another countries that herbal medicine come through advanced labs and analysed meticulously yes they know everything about their products but here is just pack some unknown herbs and earn money and I don't care what will happen in future in consumer's body
