secondly Spicy and oily khana avoid karen
Acid reflux to hai but itching migt be due to reaction of the medication you took from medical store..
Risek sachet pani main ghol ke pi lain subah sham,reduce smoking if any,take fresh fruits and vegetables
For itching take loratidine 10mg daily for 3 days
