it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

Kidney function test
Liver function test
Cbc
Blood Culture and sensitivity
Serum electrolytes

oedematous changes could be due to several reasons.
get ur all baselines done which incl
cbc lfts rfts urine r/e in possible serum electrolytes aswell
