Cancer ka matlab hai cells ka abnormal aur zaroorat sey zyada bn kr phel jana, is mein cells bnty hi nahi hain aur kami ho jati hai khoon mein taman components ki, tou ye cancer nahi hai, lekin ye serious masla hai jis k ilaaj mein medicines sey ley kr bone marrow transplant tak ilaj k options hoty hain, pr wo apko apky hematologist hi gata skty hain assess krny j baad k apky liye is waqt kya mufeed hoga, please jald sey jald kisi hematologist ko dikhaen
