There is no need to take multivitamins for a long time as it may cause deranged LFTs (in along term use).
Your weight is too much according to BMI ، weight reduction will help you get relief from back pain.
Reduce weight by doing exercise and games along with a good healthy diet.
A healthy and balanced diet must be necessary to cope up with weakness.. Don't skip meals as it may cause more weakness instead take healthy food , avoid junk along with regular exercise.
