but behtar hai k Roz BP monitor KR ke uski charting Karen aur 1 week k baad doctor se consult Karen....shivering k liye apna body temperature check krwa len k kahin halka temperature to nhe rehta...agr rehta hai tou ye tests krwa lejiye...
