I hv a lump in my right breast nd feel pain nd irretation my all reports are clear but still pain in right breast at 6'o clock position .faiboristic changes drs said no treatment i m worried its vry painful plzz reply in simple words

Sometimes young females get pain in breast before periods. This is part of a disease called PMS (premenstrual syndrome). You can visit a gynecologist as well if your pain is cyclical.
