Mei normally plain areas mei theek hota hun lekin hilly areas mei mere hath, paon se bilkul dum nikal jata hai chalta pirna bhi mushkil ho jata hai. Ye kya wajah hai. Bachpan me mei Asthma ka patient tha.

do u experience breathlessness? where do you live n how frequently u have to climb the high altitude?
most probably I r having mountain sickness
which is due dec oxygen saturation at high altitude if ur condition is mild then u don't need to worry as it will improve at its own within 24 hrs if it's worrisome then u need consultation n lab test like cbc n abgs.
