This is happening with me almost daily that whenever i am about to sleep i feel breathless , sometimes i wake up in the middle of sleep and im falling short of breathe , what is this problem? I feel afraid to sleep now

I dont have any allergy but i do have asthma and sometime i take seretide evohaler... but other than that i have a phobia of sleeping in darkness so I normally sleep after sun rise
