i have a burping and breathing issue from long time all reports are fine cbc chest xray and all other reports please tell me attached reports are fine or not and what i can do for excessive burping and for breathing when i check my oxygen it shows 99 but i feel i can,t breath enough.

Take these reports to a gastroenterologist. H pylori is quite more than the range quantitatively
AOA! Just change your diet.Don’t drink water immediately after eating. Don’t eat full stomach.Avoid spicy and oily foods. For your breathing issue , did u have any history of allergies or Asthma history in past. Share your chest x ray result if u have any.Thanks
1-Have you ever taken treatment for H pylori eradication in the past. As current stool H Pylori antigen is negative but IgG antibodies showing past infection. 2- Are you taking any stomach medicine for gastric acidity like PPI these days?
