why, do you Ca insufficiency? no relationship between Ca and skin

yes you can......take it for one month then stop
but there's no relationship between CaC 1000 and skin glow
for skin glow use vitamin E capsule (evion)
once daily for 1 week
also increase salads and fruits in diet
Use vitamin C serum of good quality and apply sunscreen daily after washing face with mild face wash even if you're not going out
use sunscreen which has spf value of 50 or 60
Use moisturizer at night and avoid all the toxic night creams available these days

serum CA
serum PO4
just use good moisturizer and sun block
