My brother came covid positive on sunday,i and my family met him on satday and sunday too.no one else but i m having some problems since then.its like naak k back pe jalan si and some congestion type feeling in my throat.i has been increased over the period of 3 days.i m 20+weeks pregnant as well and already on bed rest due to cervical incompetence.please guide me ..much worried

I experienced the same nasal feeling and throat irritation a few days back. Doc said its allergy. Nothing to worry. Juat give it some time and take precautions. Take a good diet and drink a lot of warm fluids. It would resolve itself Inshallah
