I’ve suddenly developed a canker sore on the inside of my upper lip, it’s been almost a week but it’s not getting better, I’ve applied sumogel, tried rinsing my mouth with baking soda water but still the same. It’s extremely stingy and burning. Kindly pls suggest any gel/ointment ! Thanks
