Cardiac Issue

Question

I recently had valve replacement surgery 8 months ago .Scince then I had 2-3 incidents 
Includinding sudden dizziness.Yesterday I noticed sharp pain in my heart area and my ecg came abnormal .It said 
1-Sinus rythem with ocassional premature complexes
2-Left bundle branch block .Please guide which specialist should I consult and is this a serios issue or a result of wrong surgery practice?
