Aoa Bache ki age 4 years hai.10,15 din se low grade fever rehta hai brufen dene se thek ho jata but kuch ghanto bad phir fever ho jata.sath he bacha kabhi kabhi pait dard ki complain bhi karta hai aur kan kay peeche lymph node bhi swell ho gai hai jaha hath laga kar bacha dard ki complain karta hai.dooctor ne cericef start karwaya hai aur CBC karwayi hai pkease report dekh kar doctors guide kar den.jazakAllah
