Don't trust google blindly
Book an appointment and consult with nutritionist.
every patient of celiac disease needs to go gluten free for all of lifetime.
taking even very minor amounts of gluten will not only lncrease chance of symptoms but also oncrease chance of cancer.
also
i just noticed that ypu self diagnosed yourself as celiac.
you need to get anti tissue transglutaminase antibodies (Anti tTg IgM & IgG) and a duodenal biopsy of upper GI endoscopy to confirm diagnosis before a lifelong change.
