persistent chest congestion and cough can indicate many diseases, sometimes TB also, family history is required, share ur XRAY here, and visit pulmonologist soon with ur xray report. prescribing any medicine here for ur situation can make the underlying condition worse.
Wsallam, apne xray kitni dair pehle krwaya tha ? Plus ye k is wqt cough settle down hai ya nai ? Tab Zetro antibiotic hai better hai consult krein self medication na krein. 2 months is a way long time period it needs to be evaluated properly

where do you live?
1:All the patients having cough for more than 2 weeks must be considered a patient of tuberculosis until proven otherwise, but ur socioeconomic status is well, so itz least probably of having TB 2: itz pandemic of covid, must be ruled out, but in my opinion if there is no fever, no bodyaches and just cough, it cant b covid clinically, so it can be ruled out 3: in lungs infection, mild fever and deterioration is usual without medication, if ur cough intensity is upgoing, then it can be lung infection 4: the other chance is just allergic congestion which is very much common in this kind of season. Now it should be furthur evaluated?
