I am 27 years old. I am healthy with no such issues like blood pressue or obesity.From some days i am feeling chest pain and discomfort. Shortness of breath aswell. Want to ask that it is due to gas or its a. Sign of heart problem? Hb is normal aswell. Blood pressure is normal. Heart beat is fast.
