since last 3 months fear of heart attack , some times feeling pain in chest , feeling pain in heart. ecg done too many times doctors said all is ok. no previous medical history Alhamdulillah.

There are many reasons for chest pain other than heart .. stop thinking constantly about it , i. Or you can get a consult if its not resolving, to get to the cause

Ranges from plain old muscle fatigue/spasm, costochondritis to angina/mi etc i would advise you not to get more anxious by googling your differentials

consult a general physician first to rule out any organic cause. if everything comes out normal you may need a psychiatrist for anxiety
