I have chest pain but actually ECG is normal and also Eco but continues at night time
this can be muscular pain but consult a cardiologist to rule out any cardiac issue

Most probably, related with Anxiety. May be angina like pain. Go for this test : TROP-T
Go for cardio opinion , if your cardiologist plans for ANGIOGRAPHY then go for that. Similarly go for your physician, get assessed for routinely visit.
