I have had pimples of chicken pox for about 4 days now. I've heard that the pimples should not get filled with pus but the pimples on my face are pus filled. On the other parts of the body they are fine. Would the pimples on the face leave scar marks?

First, who has diagnosed you with chickenpox? Any other member of Family effected or not? The "pimples" need to be seen without which it's difficult to say with surety whether these are really chickenpox or something else.
