Dear patient. Avoid triggering factors like cold, dust, smoke, fumes and pollen...avoid citrus items in diet (thandi aor khatti cheezain)...avoid drugs which may cause sinuses to fill and/or block sinuses like viagra or beta blocker drugs used mainly for blood pressure.

Take warm baths, rinse your nose with warm water frequently, nebulize yourself with nebulizer or steam inhalation.

Below I am prescribing you a short course of medicines for 5 days, please give your feedback after that.

1- Tabs: Claritek (Clarithromycin) 500mg twice daily.
2- Tabs: Arinac Forte twice daily.
3- Tabs: DSLR (Desloratidine) 5mg once daily in the morning.

Thank you but please remember that people who have chronic sinus problems should always follow precautions even when they are well and fit because they have sensitive sinuses therefore they have a constant tendency to develop the problem again and again. So, be safe.
