Cold Feet In The Winters

I have been facing this problem for many years, I have cold feets in shoes, blacket and socks especially in winters. people used to have warm hands but at this age me ain't feeling my warm hands either.

it could be raynoud's syndrome so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
